MK Conquest At Florida Splendid China
Well, why not go back to where it all started.  It seems that people who live or are visiting Florida will be pretty lucky this week because the next episode of MK Conquest will be filmed there at Florida Splendid China.  You will be able to actually see the filming in action up close and personal at Splendid for free with a ticket to get into the park!  The cast will be there from January 25-January 28 from 9:30 AM-7:00 PM and they will also be there from February 2-February 3 from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.  So, if you're a diehard MK fan, go see it with your own eyes in the making.

MK Special Forces News
MKN has recently reported about a whole bunch of news concerning MK Special Forces and some news about the new MK game for the upcoming Dreamcast system by Sega.  Half of the info about MK:SF was posted at Video Gamespot by Midway and the other half was posted up at ign64.com.  There's also some news nabout the Mortal Kombat game for the Dreamcast system at Video Gamespot.  Most of the news is repeated news from the past, but it's good for a review.  MKN also has a bunch of info on their main page about MK:SF for you to read up on too.

New MK5 Survey
Since the poll got updated, then why not update the survey as well.  This new survey has to do with MK5 and your choices with the game.  After this survey is up for a while, the results will be sent to Ed Boon himself!  The reason why I am doing this is because if the survey does well, then we can all tell Ed and his crew just how we think MK5 should be.  It's time for the viewers to be apart of the creation of the most successful fighting game of the millenium.  So, fill out the survey to contribute to the improvements.

Important Poll Up
Wow.  I finally got around to updating the poll in the Poll Section.  The new poll is a very important poll.  This is because this poll, depending on how the votes come out, will determine the future of this site.  This poll will determine whether this site should stay up or not.  If not enough votes are casted or the votes come out saying that this site should not be up anymore, then so be it.  I am just doing this poll to see if this site should keep being renovated if no one actually pays attention to it.  So, I put the fate of this site in your hands.   Please, only vote once and vote seriously.

MKE 1 Year Anniversary!!
For one whole year as of tomorrow, the MKE will be a site that has been providing MK fans with news for its first year.  During this time, the MKE has majorly improved in its look, feel, and popularity.  This site has gone through so many changes in the last year, and so have I because I have realized how much of a dedication it takes to make a good site.  So, the MKE is now an official veteran on the web for the MK viewers, and hopefully it will stay that way.

Noob.com Updates
I thought that it would be nice to tell you that Ed Boon has updated his web site in a very minor way.  He put up a little picture that says "Soon: MK Dreamcast".  This picture is just hinting to us that MK4 for the new Sega Dreamcast system to be released later this year will truly be a real game title for the highly anticipated system.  More news will be acquired as the year goes on.
